I have evolved from having a gym membership to a new lifestyle, and that’s because Carolyn is in my life. Carolyn is amazing, I started working with her almost a year ago and my goal was to get into a healthy routine with exercise, get fitter, stronger and improve my general well-being and mental health. Since working with Carolyn I have consistently exercised 4+ times a week, I have dropped over one dress size, I feel confident and strong and my well-being is better than it has been in years. I use a combination of in person sessions and the Considered Coaching App which has helped me keep up my sessions despite a hectic work schedule and travelling on and off throughout the year.
