Pricing from $97.5 per week
Hybrid coaching combines in-person sessions with a fully personalised training plan delivered conveniently through my app. It’s designed to give you both accountability and independence, so you can build consistency across your week, not solely in sessions.
You’re not relying on motivation or memory, you have a clear plan, support when you need it, and the flexibility and adaptability to train around your life, goals, and equipment available to you.

What type of clients do you work with?
I work with a range of clients from beginners who are new to strength training to seasoned outdoor enthusiasts recovering from injury or prepping for a challenge. Most of my clients are high-functioning adults who want to feel stronger, stay consistent, and trust they’re doing the right things for their health.
Do I need experience?
Not at all. You don’t need to be fit or experienced in fitness to get started, that’s exactly what coaching is for. I meet you where you are and build from there.

Can I train with you if I don't live in Queenstown?
Yes! I work with clients all over New Zealand and abroad. We can do virtual coaching sessions or you can explore the possibilities of online coaching
