I offer two different personal training options.
Simply put, choose between personal training or personal training + plan.
fitsistency
FITSISTENCY is a 12 week personal training experience in which you meet in person or through video chat with me for a specific exercise session catered to you. This is a great way to keep accountable, build and sustain good habits, maintain consistency and discuss both your struggles and your achievements.
fitsclusive
FITSCLUSIVE is a hybrid, 12 week all-inclusive personal training program. This option provides you with a custom workout plan along with nutrition, mindset and wellbeing coaching that suits your needs. Along with your program, FITSCLUSIVE also combines the sessions you would get with FITSISTENCY in weekly or fortnightly frequencies.
