FITSISTENCY is a 12-week personal training experience designed to keep you consistent, accountable, and motivated. Whether we train in person or via video chat, each session is tailored to your needs, helping you build sustainable habits, stay on track, and celebrate your progress while overcoming challenges along the way.

fitsclusive
FITSCLUSIVE is a 12-week, all-inclusive hybrid training program designed to support every aspect of your fitness journey. This option combines a customised workout plan with coaching in nutrition, mindset, and overall wellbeing. Along with your personalised program, you’ll also receive regular training sessions to keep you accountable, motivated, and continually progressing toward your goals.
