Hi, I’m Carolyn, a personal trainer based in Queenstown. I offer supportive, one-on-one coaching to help you feel stronger, more confident, and capable in your body. Whether you’re new to fitness, returning from injury, or looking to build long-term strength, I provide personalised programs that meet you where you’re at.

FITSISTENCY is a 12-week personal training experience designed to keep you anchored, motivated, and showing up, even on the hard days. Whether we meet in person or connect online, each session is shaped around you: your goals, your energy, your life. We’ll build strength, structure, and sustainable habits—together. This is for you if you want support staying consistent, someone in your corner who understands when to push and when to pull back, and a clear plan to help you keep moving forward.

FITSCLUSIVE is a 12-week, all-inclusive hybrid coaching experience that supports every layer of your wellness—body, mind, and lifestyle. You’ll get a fully customised training program tailored to your goals, along with focused coaching in: strength and movement, nutrition guidance, mindset + habit support, and injury prevention and recovery strategies. You'll also have regular personal training sessions to keep you accountable, supported, and dialed-in. This is the option for people ready to level up their fitness with full-spectrum coaching and a clear, proven system to back it up.
