Momentum is a 30-day reset designed to help you rebuild consistency, create structure, and reconnect with movement in a way that feels manageable and sustainable. This is where you stop overthinking and start doing.

4–5 workouts per week with a mix of strength, bands, core, HIIT, yoga, and walking. Short, achievable sessions that fit into real life and a clear structure so you always know what to do. All you need is a set of dumbbells and minibands.

4–5 structured and progressive strength-based sessions with continued variety with bands, core, HIIT, and yoga. Added guidance to help you understand what you’re doing and why. All you need is a set of dumbbells and minibands.

You already have some consistency (or have completed Momentum). You want to feel stronger and more capable. You’re ready for more structure and progression. You want to build confidence in your training.
Outcome
You’ll develop strength, improve confidence, and gain a deeper understanding of how to train your body effectively.

What equipment do I need?
Just a set of dumbbells and mini bands. Everything is designed to be done from home with minimal equipment.
How long are the workouts?
Both programs typically include 4–5 workouts per week, with a mix of training styles, but this does vary based off progression of the program.

All of the workouts are designed to be realistic and manageable, so you can expect around 30 minutes for each workout.
