ABOUT ME

Personal Trainer. Coach. Educator.

My Story

I am more than just a personal trainer—I am a movement specialist, a guide, and a partner in your journey toward strength, confidence, and vitality. Based in Queenstown, New Zealand, I also coach clients around the world, helping them redefine what their bodies are capable of.

For the past 16 years, I’ve worked alongside real people—each with unique goals, challenges, and triumphs. Through this experience, I’ve refined my approach to fitness, constantly evolving my methods to create lasting impact. My foundation is built on both science and real-world application. With a background in Kinesiology and Sports Medicine, I committed myself to education, internships, and hands-on practicums before stepping into my role as a trainer. But textbooks alone don’t shape a great coach—experience does. Working with clients has allowed me to bridge the gap between knowledge and execution, tailoring strategies that truly work for everyday life.

I don’t believe in cookie-cutter fitness. Your body is unique, and so are the ways it moves, progresses, and adapts. I focus on how the body functions as a whole, ensuring that every movement serves a purpose, whether it’s injury prevention, rehabilitation, or unlocking new levels of strength and performance. My goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and embrace the balance between challenge and sustainability.

I am deeply passionate about the human body—its complexity, its resilience, and its ability to transform. Fitness is not just about aesthetics; it’s about feeling empowered in your own skin, building confidence through movement, and creating a lifestyle that supports longevity and joy. My approach is to simplify the science so you can focus on what truly matters: feeling good, moving well, and living fully.

My INTERESTS

I AM AN EXPLORER-OF PLACES, EXPERIENCES, AND MY OWN POTENTIAL

Nothing excites me more than discovering new places and trying new things. I take every opportunity to immerse myself in nature, whether it’s hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, paddleboarding, surfing, or camping. Movement isn’t just exercise—it’s a way to connect with the world, challenge myself, and embrace the thrill of learning something new. I love challenging my body in new ways, whether it’s through different sports, mastering new skills, or deepening my yoga and handstand practice.

But balance is everything. Just as I thrive on adventure, I also cherish quiet moments—getting lost in a great book, savoring a good meal, or catching up with friends over coffee or shared experience. Life is about more than just movement; it’s about making space for the things that bring joy and fulfillment.

Travel and exploration—whether in my own backyard, across the country, or internationally—continue to shape my perspective. Every new experience is an opportunity to grow, shift my mindset, and appreciate the beauty in life.
