about me

Personal Trainer. Coach. Teacher.

My Story

I am a both a personal trainer in Queenstown, New Zealand and an online trainer all over the world! For the past 15 years, I’ve been working with real people to learn and grow my skills and methods that will best help and impact their lives.

I have studied both Kinesiology and Sports Medicine at the University level and applied myself in internships and practicums before becoming a personal trainer.  Once I started working with clients, I was able to refine my approach to health and fitness by utilizing both my formal education and practical experience.

I focus on how the body moves as a whole and how it functions for the specific activities and movements that you want to do each and every day.  I specialize in pre/rehabilitation and injury prevention whilst getting you to your fitness or performance goals.  My personal and professional style is focusing on the whole picture but simplifying the details so you can find balance in the everyday.

I am passionate about the human body and understanding its full potential.  On a personal level, I explore this daily by hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, handstands and recovery through yoga, reading, and eating a good meal.
