YOGA
Community. Private. Workplace.
Yoga at Considered Coaching
At Considered Coaching, yoga is approached as intelligent movement. My teaching is grounded in Vinyasa yoga, with a strong focus on functional anatomy, strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation to support how your body moves both on and off the mat.
Classes are breath-led, thoughtfully sequenced, and designed to build confidence in your body over time. Much like my personal training approach, yoga sessions prioritise progress over perfection, helping you move better, feel stronger, and develop a deeper awareness of your body.
This is yoga for real life, ideal if you want to improve mobility, reduce pain, build resilience, and feel more connected to your body without pressure or overwhelm.
What's On
I’m currently offering a 6-week community yoga class at Walnut Grove Reserve, Lake Hayes Estate, running on Thursdays at 6:00pm, from Thursday, 12 February.
This class is offered on a koha basis, meaning there’s no fixed price — you’re invited to contribute what feels right for you. A suggested koha is $10–15, but the intention is accessibility, connection, and shared community movement.
We’ll be practising slow flow yoga, with an emphasis on mindful movement, steady breathing, and unwinding from the day. The class is suitable for all levels, and everyone is welcome, whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice.
Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you like to support your practice.
To help me know numbers and to keep everyone informed in case of weather changes or cancellations, I ask that you register via this link before attending:
My Yoga Teaching Style
I teach movement-focused Vinyasa yoga that blends breath, control, and flow. Expect:
Clear, anatomy-informed cueing
Options for different bodies and experience levels
A balance of strength, mobility, and rest
A calm, supportive environment
Whether you’re experienced or new to yoga, sessions are designed to meet you where you’re at, much like personal training, and support your sustainable progress.
